利用規約

１．当WBは貴方がご利用規約のいずれかに違反されたとみなした場合、会員除籍並びに全てのサービスの利用を拒否する権利を保持します。

２．取り消しについて。WBのウエブサイトのお問合せからお名前、取消理由をご記入の上翌月に自動払いが発生しない様に当月の1０日までに取り消しの手続きをして下さい。

３．お支払方法は前払いとなります。

４．追加のセッションは現金でのお支払いを承ります。

５．セッションは50分です。時間に気を付けて下さい。もし時間延長となりますと自動的に追加料金が発生します。追加料金は25分ごとに計算されます。追加料金を前払いされている方はそこから自動的に又は残りのセッションから差し引きます。

セッションの延長はその場での受付は出来かねますので前もって予約お支払いお願い致します。

ダブルセッションをご希望される場合前もってご連絡下さい。当日のリクエストは受承りかねます。

６．お支払い後のセッション未使用の場合の返金はございません。

７．長期お支払いをしないでお休みを希望される場合解約していただきます。そして又入会される場合は初期費用を払って頂くことになります。

８．時間通りにいらっしゃらない場合、連絡なしに10分以上過ぎると自動的にセッションはキャンセルとなります。又遅れる連絡をされた場合もレッスンは予定通りに終了します。

The following terms and conditions together with the privacy policy and including rules (collectively referred to “Terms”), govern your access to and use of WestfieldBros.comand any related websites (collectively “WB” and “We”) including without limitation any content, functionality, products and/or services offered therein (collectively the “Site”).

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you use the Site.

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING OR USING THE SITE (INCLUDING INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO THIS SITE), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY AND RULES APPLICABLE. You agree that the Terms of Use, combined by your use of this Site, have the same legal force and effect as a written contract with your written signature and satisfy any laws that require a writing or signature. You further agree that you shall not challenge the validity, enforceability, or admissibility of the Terms of Use on the grounds that it was electronically transmitted or authorised.

General

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may download or print a single copy of any portion of the content provided on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any trademark, copyright or other notice contained in such material. No other use is permitted unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by WB.

Subscription Terms; Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. We reserve the right to reject, terminate or discontinue providing services at our discretion and/or if we are unable to charge your credit card or other payment method.

2. Cancellation of subscription. You must provide in writing your request for cancellation by the 10th of the month to cancel without paying the next payment. Please state your name and reason for cancellation when using the online form.

3. Payment processing is generally payment in advance.

4. Cash payment is accepted for additional sessions beyond the plan by request, and can also be paid online.

5. Sessions are 50mins. Please be mindful of time, as extending over will automatically be recorded as extra charge. Extra charge will be calculated by 25mins blocks and removed from your remaining plan or charged in addition. For longer sessions, please request this when scheduling with the coach to ensure this time is reserved for you. For example, double session = 100mins. Requesting this at the same time does not guarantee you will be able to have a longer session.

6. There are no refunds on plans and sessions you fail to use.

7. If you wish to take time off without paying, you will need to cancel. Once you cancel, you will need to apply to join again and any fees at that time will be applicable.

8. If you do not attend a scheduled session, or arrive more than 10mins late without notice, the lesson is automatically cancelled. If you arrive late to your session, please note the session will end at the scheduled time.

Subscription Services

When you purchase any subscription product and/or service, you agree to pay the applicable fee, as well as any related service fees, renewal fees, and taxes.

We may increase the price of subscriptions at any time, however, we will provide you with notice thirty (30) days in advance. This will give you the opportunity to cancel before the price increase goes into effect. If you do not cancel before the price increase goes into effect, you will be deemed to have agreed to the price increase.

Promotional Code

Any promotional codes used are subject to the period and terms & conditions provided with the promotional code and may not apply to renewal periods. Please carefully review the terms & conditions provided with the promotional code before use.

Copyright

The copyright of the Site and all its contents including material, designs, text, graphics images, illustrations, icons, photographs, audio, video clips, “look and feel”, layout, messages, files, documents, and written and other materials that appear as part of the Site (collectively, the “Contents”) whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, as well as all derivative works are property owned, controlled, licensed or used with permission by WB. All rights reserved. You agree not to display or use such marks without WB’s prior written permission. WB disclaims any proprietary interest in trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, domain names and trade names other than its own.TheContents of the Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of the Site and you may not reproduce, republish, publish, upload, post, transmit, distribute (including by email or other electronic means), publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents or the Site without the prior written consent of WB or the owner of such material. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any downloading or copying. Your privacy is important to us. All information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using this Site, you consent to all actions taken by WB with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

WB is not responsible for the contents of any website that may be linked on our Site, or any link contained in a linked website, or any changes or updates to such websites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by WB of that website and is provided only for informational purposes. WB reserves the right to reject any request for a link to a third-party website and to remove any link for any reason.

WB may offer the ability to link to your social media accounts from the Site. This functionality is offered by the respective social media providers and may be subject to additional terms and conditions from those providers.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless WestfieldBrosand its business affiliates, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys and agents, from and against any and all damages, claims and actions brought by you or any third party resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Site, (b) the infringement by you of any intellectual property rights of any person or entity, (c) your violation of the Terms, (d) any content or data entered by you, (e) the breach of any warranty or representation made by you in the Terms, or (f) your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
